Corporate Governance Policy
The Company has a policy to follow the principles of good corporate governance by disclosure information and news for the shareholders, investors and related persons to make investment decisions through various channels for the long – term benefit of shareholder. This includes establishing a Code of Business Ethics and Code of Conduct to guide the duties of directors and executives to comply with the code of Best Practice in order to comply with the guidelines of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
